These terms govern your use of this website and any order placed through it. By placing an order you accept them. If you do not, please do not order.
1. Who we are

2. Research use only
Everything we sell is supplied strictly as a research chemical for in-vitro laboratory investigation by qualified professionals.
Our products:
- Are not medicines and hold no marketing authorisation from the CDSCO, the FDA or any other regulatory authority.
- Are not for human or veterinary use — not for administration, ingestion, injection, inhalation, topical application, diagnostic use or any clinical purpose.
- Are not for use in or on food, cosmetics or any consumer product.
- Have not been tested for safety in humans or animals.
By placing an order you represent and warrant that:
- You are 18 years of age or older.
- You are purchasing solely for lawful laboratory research.
- You have the training, facilities and competence to handle research chemicals safely.
- You will not administer the material to any human or animal, including yourself.
- You will not resupply it to anyone who intends to.
- You are responsible for complying with every law that applies to you in acquiring, holding and using it.
We give no dosing guidance, no protocols, no medical advice and no usage instructions, and we will not do so if asked. Nothing on this website is medical advice or a recommendation to use any substance in any way.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, without giving reasons, and will do so where we believe material is intended for human use.
3. Ordering
This website has no checkout. Adding products creates a list, and submitting it opens WhatsApp with your order written out. No contract is formed at that point.
A contract is formed only when we confirm your order on WhatsApp — stock, batch and total including delivery — and you pay. Until then either side may walk away at no cost.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees. Delivery is charged separately as set out in our Shipping Policy.
Prices may change without notice, but the price we confirm on WhatsApp is the price for that order. Where a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel and refund rather than supply at that price.
Payment is by UPI, arranged on WhatsApp. We will never ask you to enter payment details on this website, and we will never send you a payment link from an address that is not ours. If you receive one, it is not from us — contact us before paying.
5. Stock
Listed products are usually held in stock, but availability changes. We confirm stock before taking payment. Where an item becomes unavailable after payment, we refund it in full or hold the order, at your choice.
6. Certificates of analysis
We supply a certificate of analysis covering the batch shipped to you, on request against your order number. Certificates describe the batch tested. They are not a warranty of fitness for any particular purpose, and no purpose beyond laboratory research is contemplated by these terms.
7. Delivery, returns and refunds
Governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.
8. Liability
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent the law permits:
- We supply products for laboratory research only, and we accept no liability of any kind arising from use in or on a human or animal, or from any use outside a laboratory setting. Such use is a breach of these terms.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of research outcomes.
- Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or cost arising from your breach of these terms, and in particular from any administration of our products to a human or animal.
10. Intellectual property
The content of this website — text, images, layout and branding — belongs to us and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
