Where we ship

Across India. For destinations outside India, ask before ordering — we check the route and the destination country's import position first, and we decline orders we cannot ship lawfully.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of confirmed payment, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders confirmed after 16:00 IST are usually processed the following working day.

You will receive a tracking number on the same WhatsApp thread as your order when the package leaves us. If 48 hours pass without one, message us and we will find out why.

Delivery times and cost

• Standard — ₹200. Metro and Tier 1–2 cities: 3–4 working days. Remote areas: 4–6 working days.
• Express — ₹400. Major cities only: 1–2 working days.

Delivery times run from dispatch, not from when you place the order, and they are estimates given by our courier rather than guarantees. Remote PIN codes, weather and public holidays extend them.

Packaging

Vials travel in a rigid insulated pack with a cold element to protect lyophilised material in transit. The outer carton is plain and carries no compound names, no product descriptions, and nothing indicating the contents beyond the sender and delivery address.

Your address

We ship to the address you give us on the order page. Please check it before sending, particularly the PIN code and any flat or building number.

If a package is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you and re-ship once the corrected shipping cost is paid. The same applies if a package is returned because nobody was available across the courier's delivery attempts.

International orders

Where we agree to ship outside India, you are the importer of record. You are responsible for confirming that the material may lawfully be imported into your country, and for any duties, taxes or clearance charges. We are not liable for parcels seized, delayed or destroyed by customs, and such orders are not refundable.

Storage on arrival

Lyophilised material is stable at −20 °C in the sealed vial, protected from light. Transfer it to storage promptly on arrival, and let a vial reach room temperature before opening to limit condensation.
