Certificates of analysis
A purity number on a product page is a claim. A certificate tied to the lot number on your vial is evidence. Here is how ours work and how to get the one that belongs to your order.
What the document contains
A certificate of analysis names the compound, the batch it belongs to and the date it was tested. It carries the mass spectrometry result confirming identity against expected molecular weight, and the HPLC chromatogram with purity reported as the target peak's percentage of total peak area. The trace above is illustrative — yours will carry your batch's real peaks.
Match the lot number on your vial
Each vial is printed with a lot number. Send that number to us on WhatsApp along with your order reference and we return the certificate for that production run. We do not send a certificate from a different batch and call it yours — if a lot was not tested, we will tell you so rather than substitute paperwork.
Take it to a third party
Testing houses will run an independent assay on a vial you send them, and we would rather you did than take our word for it. If an independent result disagrees with our certificate for the same lot, send it over — we replace the order and pull the batch.
