Purity claims are worth exactly as much as the document behind them. Here is what happens to a batch before it reaches your bench.
Mass spectrometry
Confirms the molecule in the vial is the molecule on the label, at the stated molecular weight. This is the test that catches substitution — the failure mode that actually matters.
HPLC area percentage
Reversed-phase HPLC with UV detection at 214 nm. Purity is reported as the target peak's share of total peak area, not as a rounded marketing figure.
Lyophilised and sealed
Supplied as lyophilised powder in sealed vials with intact crimp seals, stored at −20 °C and shipped with an insulated pack.
Batch-matched COA
Every vial carries a lot number. Send us that number and we return the certificate of analysis for that specific batch — not a generic sample from a different production run.

Held, not sourced on demand
The listed catalogue is inventory we hold. If a line is out we say so on WhatsApp before you pay, with a restock date rather than an open-ended wait.

Vials travel in a rigid insulated pack with a cold element. The outer carton carries no compound names. A tracking number reaches you on dispatch.
Broken or wrong, we resend
Send photographs and the order reference within 48 hours of delivery and a replacement goes out on us. This covers transit damage and picking errors.
Quoted per quantity
Ten vials and a hundred vials are not the same order. Send the list and quantities and you get a written quote inside one working day.

Why is there no checkout?
Orders are confirmed on WhatsApp instead. It lets us check stock and batch against your list before you pay, quote shipping honestly by weight and destination, and answer questions about handling in the same thread. Tap any order button and the message is written for you.
How do I get the COA for my batch?
Read the lot number printed on your vial and send it to us on WhatsApp with your order reference. We return the certificate for that production run, covering identity by mass spectrometry and purity by HPLC. Batch-specific, not a sample document.
What does the purity figure actually mean?
It is the target peak's percentage of total peak area under reversed-phase HPLC with UV detection at 214 nm. It describes peptide purity relative to other peptide-related species. It is a separate measurement from peptide content, which accounts for residual water, salts and counter-ions — ask if you need both figures for a batch.
How fast is dispatch, and where do you ship?
Within 24–48 hours of confirmed payment, Monday to Saturday. Pan-India delivery typically lands in three to five working days with tracking. For destinations outside India, ask first — we check the route before accepting the order.
How should material be stored on arrival?
Lyophilised powder stays stable at −20 °C in the sealed vial, protected from light. Keep the crimp seal intact until the vial is put into use and let it reach room temperature before opening to limit condensation.
Do you sell in bulk?
Yes. Send the compound list and quantities and you get a written quote within one working day. Per-vial pricing improves with volume, and larger orders can be split across dispatches if you would rather not hold everything at once.
Something arrived damaged. What now?
Photograph the outer carton and the vial, then send both images with your order reference inside 48 hours of delivery. Confirmed transit damage and picking errors are replaced at our cost. Research compounds are not otherwise returnable once dispatched.
Can these be used on humans or animals?
No. Everything listed is supplied as a research chemical for in-vitro laboratory work by qualified researchers. These are not medicines, hold no regulatory approval for therapeutic use, and are not for human or veterinary administration, ingestion or diagnostic use. We cannot advise on dosing or personal use, and we do not supply to anyone asking for it.
