Why is there no checkout?
Orders are confirmed on WhatsApp instead. It lets us check stock and batch against your list before you pay, quote shipping honestly by weight and destination, and answer questions about handling in the same thread.
How do I pay?
Payment details are sent on WhatsApp once your list is confirmed and totalled. Nothing is charged through this website — there is no card entry, and we will never ask you to enter payment details on a page linked from a message.
How do I get the COA for my batch?
Read the lot number printed on your vial and send it with your order reference. We return the certificate for that production run — identity by mass spectrometry, purity by HPLC.
How fast is dispatch, and where do you ship?
Within 24–48 hours of confirmed payment, Monday to Saturday. Pan-India delivery typically lands in three to five working days with tracking. For destinations outside India, ask first.
How do I track an order?
The tracking number is posted to the same WhatsApp thread on dispatch. If 48 hours pass without one, send your order reference and we will chase it.
How should material be stored on arrival?
Lyophilised powder stays stable at −20 °C in the sealed vial, protected from light. Keep the crimp seal intact until use and let the vial reach room temperature before opening to limit condensation.
Do you sell in bulk?
Yes. Send the compound list and quantities and you get a written quote within one working day.
Something arrived damaged. What now?
Photograph the outer carton and the vial and send both with your order reference within 48 hours of delivery. Confirmed transit damage and picking errors are replaced at our cost.
Can these be used on humans or animals?
No. Everything listed is supplied as a research chemical for in-vitro laboratory work by qualified researchers. These are not medicines, hold no regulatory approval for therapeutic use, and are not for human or veterinary administration, ingestion or diagnostic use. We cannot advise on dosing or personal use, and we do not supply to anyone asking for it.
